Service Description

The initial intake health assessment offers those individuals with either complex medical histories, or requests for specific treatment planning, the ability to connect via phone, or video conferencing to discuss their details prior to booking with Infinite Biofield Medicine. Intake questionnaires will be provided to fill out, and once returned, will be assessed, and an integrative health plan created especially for you. Two hours will be spent reviewing your medical history, and researching your specific needs, in order to make recommendations for your treatment plan.
